I love a good dip, and this dill dip hits the spot!
It’s delicious served alongside vegetables, chips, and cubed or sliced baguette. It’s truly versatile and is super easy to throw together. It comes together in minutes, and the longer you let it hang out in the refrigerator before serving, the better it tastes. It’s something that is perfect for prepping beforehand, and is always a hit with the crowds!
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons dried dill
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1½ teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Pinch of salt
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth. Refrigerate for at least one hour prior to serving. Dip tastes best if it has been refrigerated for several hours prior to serving.
