I am a huge fan of Middle Eastern flavors! Appetizers, main dishes, desserts- you name it and I love it. With the summer heat and fresh produce here in full effect, I wanted to throw together my favorite zesty flavors in the form of a salad.
Enter Chicken shawarma salad with tahini dressing.
The salad base consists of Middle Eastern favorites- crunchy romaine lettuce, sweet tomatoes, zippy onions, and crunchy and fresh cucumbers and peppers. The chicken shawarma is super moist and flavorful, and the dressing is a riff on the classic tahini sauce that is served alongside shawarma. In short, it’s a full on flavor bomb 💣
