I love a classic burger, but sometimes I like to switch and spice things up. These jalapeño cheddar chicken burgers are packed with flavor and hit all the marks when it comes to spicing things up 😉

Chicken burgers have a reputation for being dry, bland, and essentially tasteless. I am here to tell you that THIS IS NOT THE CASE! These burgers are packed to the brim with flavor, and you will be begging for more.
And best of all, in my humble opinion, is the fact that these are extremely versatile in nature. You can add or decrease the jalapeños based on heat preference, swap out the cheddar for something else, cook on the grill or skillet, and top it as you wish! I like to top mine with freshly made pico de gallo, but they’re amazing topped with guacamole as well.
