Pakistani Spiced Fruit Salad / Fruit Chaat

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, peeled and diced
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 2 pears, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup halved grapes
  • 1 cup hulled and diced strawberries
  • 1 cup peeled and diced oranges or mandarins
  • 4 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chaat masala

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, gently mix all fruit together.
  2. Sprinkle sugar and chaat masala over the fruit, and gently toss to coat evenly.
