Cardamom and Almond Spiced Milk / Badam Harira

Ingredients

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • ¼ - ½ cup sugar, to taste
  • ¼ cup raw almonds, coarsely ground
  • 3 green cardamoms

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan, and warm over medium heat. Cook, while stirring, until the sugar has dissolved, about 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and serve either warm or cold.

Recipe Notes

Badam Harira can be served warm or cold.
