Ingredients
2poundsboneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into 2-inch cubes
¼cupyogurt
4clovesgarlic, minced
2tablespoonslemon juice
2tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoontomato paste, optional
2teaspoonspaprika
½teaspoonoregano
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonground cardamom
¼teaspoonred chili powder
¼teaspoonallspice powder
¼teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except chicken together in a bowl and mix well. Add chicken and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
Thread chicken onto skewers. Set aside.
Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until done, about 5 to 8 minutes on each side.
